Parham Barkhordar is a Partner at Taylor Labor Law, PC.  He handles a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and whistleblowing.  

Prior to law school, Mr. Barkhordar worked for a number of years in the financial sector.  After obtaining his undergraduate degree in accounting, Mr. Barkhordar worked for a distinguished accounting firm in Los Angeles. As an accountant, he performed a variety of tax-related tasks, including preparing individual income taxes and drafting financial documents.  He also worked as a financial planner at a notable investment firm where he had the opportunity to obtain his Real Estate Sales Agent license. 


Mr. Barkhordar received his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University. He also obtained a certificate from Pepperdine's nationally-recognized Dispute Resolution Program, affording him unique insight in the areas of conflict, negotiation and problem-solving.  Mr. Barkhordar received his Bachelor of Science in Business Economics with a focus on accounting from UCLA.


Mr. Barkhordar is admitted to the State bar of California and the United States District Court, Central and Eastern Districts of California.  He is a member of the California State Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the California Employment Lawyers Association.


When not fighting for his clients, Mr. Barkhordar enjoys competing in intramural soccer as well as composing and playing the piano. Mr. Barkhordar is bi-lingual, a native Farsi speaker representing the Iranian community in Los Angeles.
